East Coast Construction is a general contracting business located in Youngsville, North Carolina, proudly serving Raleigh and the surrounding cities and towns. Our staff and crew bring years of experience to residential and light commercial construction, as well as high-end renovations and additions. The company specializes in custom whole-house renovations and remodels, along with new-home construction and select commercial projects.
